Before you purchase any Services from Revelation Therapy, please read these Terms & Conditions (“terms”) .

These terms are entered into on the date of purchase (the “effective date”), by and between Marie-Claire Calvert of Revelation Therapy, (the “coach” or “Marie” or “I” or “my” or “they”) and the person purchasing product/s or service/s, (the “client” or “you” or “your”), collectively “the parties” or “we” or “us.”

 

By purchasing services, you are agreeing to these terms. If you are unable or unwilling to agree to these terms, then you should not purchase services. If you have any questions you can email marie@revelationtherapy.com prior to your purchase. 

 

Purpose of Terms

The purpose of these terms is to develop a clear client/coach and/or client/hypnotherapist relationship between us in order to cultivate your personal goals and work towards or achieve those goals through stimulating and creative interactions with the ultimate result of maximizing your life satisfaction and potential (“Coaching Services” or “Hypnotherapy Services” or “Services” or “Session/s”).

 

Disclaimer

Marie is not a licensed medical, mental health or healthcare practitioner, and does not claim to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or illness. Marie’s services do not replace the care of healthcare professionals. 

Marie does not provide advice and is not responsible for decisions you make as a result of any Coaching Services.

Marie’s relevant education and qualifications to assist you in living a more satisfying life include:

Mutual Agreement

We both agree as follows:

Coaching Goals

You wish to obtain Coaching and/or Hypnotherapy Services in order to develop personally, and/or achieve goals to maximize your life.

​

Fees and Schedule

For all Services:

• All prices are in USD (unless otherwise agreed prior to purchase)

• Full payment is required at time of booking in order to secure the booking, with the exception of Narc Detox, Heal Inside Out & Love Life coaching programs where a 3, 4 or 6 month payment plan may be available, in which the first months payment is required at the time of booking

• Prices are subject to change without notice

• Payment methods accepted are online credit/debit card or PayPal or bank transfer

 

In exchange for coaching and/or hypnotherapy services, you agree to pay Revelation Therapy the following fees and you agree to meet with Marie according to the following schedule:

Single Sessions

​

The “Talk and Take Action” Coaching Session

Fee: $77 

Schedule: You agree to meet Marie online via Zoom on the scheduled day/ time for 60 minutes. Marie will do her best to keep the Session to 60 minutes, however, if our session does run over time there will be no additional cost to you. The Session must take place within 3 months from the date of purchase.

The “Make A Change” Hypnotherapy Session

Fee: $111

Schedule: You agree to meet Marie online via Zoom on the scheduled day/ time for 90 minutes. Please allow 120 minutes free in your schedule. Marie will do her best to keep the Session to 90 minutes, however, if our session does run over time there will be no additional cost to you. The Session must take place within 3 months from the date of purchase.

Coaching Packages

12 Session Package 

Fee: $1400 - Paid in full

3-month payment plan: $467 per month x 3 monthly payments 

4-month payment plan: $350 per month x 3 monthly payments 

6-month payment plan: $234 per month x 6 monthly payments

This service is provided as part of a monthly payment for your ongoing and uninterrupted support. 

 

Schedule: You agree to meet Marie online via Zoom on the scheduled days/ times for 90 minutes, for a total of 12 sessions. Please allow 120 minutes free in your schedule. Marie will do her best to keep the Session to 90 minutes, however, if our session does run over time there will be no additional cost to you. 

 

Sessions will take place weekly for x3 weeks, followed by x1 week off for implementation (unless otherwise agreed before purchase).

 

All sessions need to be completed within 4 months of the date of purchase (unless otherwise agreed before purchase).

 

In addition to our scheduled sessions, Marie will reach out to you x1 time after each session via the Voxer App or What’s App messenger or email to check in with you on your progress & goals between our sessions. She will send you additional exercise suggestions, & resources where it may be of value to you.

Client Access to Coach: One-on-one program clients have additional access to Coach for spot coaching or critical operational issues or moments of overwhelm via Email, Text or Voxer (communication method to be agreed between Coach & Client at start of program), during the week with a 24-hour response time from Coach. This service is provided as a courtesy and is not a material term of this Agreement nor a requirement of the coaching services or program. The time set aside for Client’s scheduled sessions is the only time Client is guaranteed that Coach will be available.

 

Coach-Client Relationship – Standards, Duties & Responsibilities

A life coaching and/or hypnotherapy relationship is a partnership between two or more individuals or entities. This relationship is not a legal partnership, instead it’s more like a mentor/mentee or coach-athlete relationship. Each party must uphold their obligations for the coaching relationship to be successful:

1. Marie agrees to maintain the ethics and standards of behavior in accordance with standards within the hypnotherapy and life coaching industries 

2. We both agree to create a safe environment free from verbal or any other type of abuse

3. We both agree to communicate honestly, be open to feedback and suggestions, and to fully engage and devote ourselves to the coaching process

4. We will both ensure the environment where sessions take place is free from distractions to the best of our abilities

5. We agree not to attend sessions under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs, except those prescribed to you by a doctor

6. You acknowledge and agree that coaching is a comprehensive process that will explore different areas of your life, which may include relationships, health, work, finance, current and past experiences, as well as thoughts, feelings and beliefs. However, it is ultimately your choice and decision what you choose to share or discuss with Marie 

7. You are solely responsible for your own life and for creating your own results, including implementing the techniques discovered through coaching, how you choose to incorporate coaching into each aspect of your life, and for any consequences - including any loss or missed opportunities, both during and after you cease working with Marie. 

 

If your conduct should contravene these standards, then Marie reserves the right to terminate the session and/or refuse any future sessions. Any payment for sessions made in advance will be forfeited.

Results

People react differently to hypnosis and other therapeutic treatments. And success from any kind of hypnotherapy or coaching process requires commitment and motivation on the side of the client. Therefore, results cannot be guaranteed and may vary from person to person.

Results between separate sessions may also vary. Some results are noticeable immediately after a session, other results are more subtle or only become apparent over time or after the client has implemented the change.

 

Commitment

Coaching and Hypnotherapy is not a done-for-you Service, it is a done-with-you transformation experience that requires your participation. For best results, Coaching and Hypnotherapy requires your commitment and motivation. 

Part of your progress happens in the sessions, and another part is achieved through reflection, inner work, exercises, and making a long-term commitment to yourself. It is your responsibility to commit to doing the required work inside and outside the sessions to personally heal, develop and grow. 

Marie will help guide you in finding your own way, it is up to you to take the steps.

For The Narc Detox, Inside Out & Love Life Program's:

Please be clear that even though we can make great progress in your healing and life during a coaching package, long lasting change, improvement and maintenance requires your ongoing commitment to yourself and your goals. 

“We are all a work in progress, and so, we all require work to progress or maintain our results.” You need to implement what you've learned, stay consistent and committed to yourself even after the coaching period to have profound and lasting results. 

It might help to think of healing or self development as a way of life, not something you participate in, and then go back to your old way of being. Much like the most successful diets are not quick fixes or fads but instead are a lifelong commitment to a new healthier, sustainable way of living. Healing and self development are the same. You will learn tools to support yourself for life.

 

Confidentiality

This coaching relationship, as well as all information (physical or verbal) that you share with Marie as part of this relationship, is bound by the principle of confidentiality. 

Marie can record & share the session recording with you upon your request. These recordings will not be shared with anyone else.

Marie will not disclose any personal information that could identify you, without your written consent, with the exception of any legal obligations to disclose such information.

Cancellation Policy

You are able to reschedule your Session/s by logging in on the revelation therapy website on the homepage with the same login information you used to purchase Services. 

​

The more notice you can give to reschedule or cancel a session the better. This could give someone else the opportunity to receive coaching or just make a difference to help Marie plan. Preferably, you will give Marie at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. 

​

However, I understand that sometimes unexpected things come up, hence:

Booked sessions can be rescheduled up to 12 hours before the appointment time. 

​

Cancellation requests made within 12 hours of the Session time will not receive a refund nor be rescheduled - except for the first instance that this would occur. Unexpected events, illness e.t.c happen, therefore you will receive one grace exception if you need to cancel a session within 12 hours, where you will not be charged and you will be able to reschedule this session.

​

After this one Session grace has been used, Revelation Therapy reserves the right to charge you for a scheduled session that is missed or canceled within 12 hours of the Session start time.

This cancellation policy works both ways. Marie does experience some persistent health conditions that she does her best to manage. However, if they flare up, Marie will give you as much notice as possible in order to reschedule your booking. If Marie needs to cancel a session, she will strive to give you at least 12 hours notice.  

 

Appointment Time

You are expected to join & be ready to engage in our sessions on time. 

 

If you are running late to attend your session (up to 15 minutes), please try to contact Marie any way you can to let her know. In these cases, every effort will be made to accommodate the lost time. However, this is not always possible and therefore please understand that the session may have to finish at the originally scheduled finish time.

 

Marie will wait up to 15 minutes for you to join our session. After that, your session will be considered a no show & monies paid will be forfeited.

Refund Policy

Purchase of all services are non-refundable. 

​

Revelation Therapy does not offer refunds on services that have taken place since they have already been delivered and Marie cannot get her time back. Neither does Revelation Therapy offer refunds on Services that are yet to take place (including purchased sessions, subscriptions or remaining sessions within coaching packages). 

​

When you book a coaching session, package, or subscription Marie is working prior to and in between sessions to personally prepare and tailor your service. Therefore, you need to be sure of your booking and commitment at the time of purchase. 

 

A free ‘no obligation to purchase’ initial call is available for those who wish to meet Marie or ask questions prior to booking a paid service. No coaching or hypnotherapy is given during this call. But we can meet and get to know each other, and you can ask any questions you need to help you decide what is best for you, and inform your purchase decisions. 

 

Hypnotherapy 

While hypnosis and hypnotherapy are safe and natural by nature, if a client has any extreme condition including, psychosis, schizophrenia or epilepsy, the client must get an opinion from their psychiatrist or doctor before starting hypnotherapy.

Any hypnosis recordings obtained from Revelation Therapy should never be used while operating heavy machinery, driving, or performing tasks which require concentration.

 

Intellectual Property including coaching materials 

Any coaching materials shared with you belongs to Revelation Therapy and should not be copied, shared, sold, published or used in any other manner that has not been authorised. 

 

Links

Periodically, Marie may provide links to other web sites, audio or written print material which may be of value, interest and convenience to you. This does not constitute endorsement of material at those sites or any associated organisation product of service. It is the responsibility of the user to make their own informed decision about the accuracy of the information at those sites and print material including their privacy policies. In no event shall Revelation Therapy be liable for any incident or consequential damages resulting from use of the material.

 

Limited Liability

The Coach makes no guarantees, representations or warranties of any kind or nature, express or implied with respect to the coaching and/or Hypnotherapy Services negotiated, agreed upon and rendered. In no event shall the Coach be liable to the Client for any indirect, consequential or special damages. Notwithstanding any damages that the Client may incur, the Coach’s entire liability under these Terms, and the Client’s exclusive remedy, shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the Client to the Coach under these Terms for all coaching services rendered through and including the termination date. Client agrees that the Coach is not liable or responsible for any actions or inactions, or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided by the Coach.

 

Entire Terms

This document (plus any terms displayed during the check out procedure) reflects the entire Terms between the Coach and the Client and together they reflect a complete understanding of the Parties with respect to the subject matter. These Terms supersedes all prior written and oral representations at previous times. 

 

Dispute Resolution and Legal Fees

In the event of a dispute arising out of these Terms that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the Parties agree to engage in mediation. If the matter cannot be resolved through mediation, and legal action ensues, the successful party will be entitled to its legal fees, including, but not limited to its attorneys’ fees.

 

Legal and Binding Agreement

These Terms are legal and binding between the Parties as stated above. These Terms may be entered into and are legal and binding both in Australia, the United States and throughout Europe, Asia, Africa and worldwide. The Parties each represent that they have the authority to enter into these Terms.

 

Severability​

If any provision of these Terms shall be held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable. If the Court finds that any provision of these Terms is invalid or enforceable, but that by limiting such provision it would become valid and enforceable, then such provision shall be deemed to be written, construed, and enforced as so limited.

 

Waiver

The failure of either party to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver or limitation of that party’s right to subsequently enforce and compel strict compliance with every provision of these Terms.

 

Applicable Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state and/or Countries where both Parties reside, without giving effect to any conflicts of laws provisions. If the Parties reside in different states or Countries, these Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia, without giving effect to any conflicts of laws provisions.

 

For all legal purposes, the services provided by Coach will be considered to be provided from any remote location worldwide or otherwise in Australia.
